A report from TruthAboutGuns.com is claiming that New York gun owners are being sent letters from the N.Y.P.D. demanding them to surrender their guns which have feeding capacities that violate the 5-round rule.

Below is an excerpt from the New York Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act (NY SAFE Act).

According to Kit Daniels from InfoWars.com, “The New York Police Department is now sending out notices to registered gun owners demanding that they give up their firearms, clear proof that gun registration leads to outright confiscations.”

112713gunconfiscationsEarlier this year, Canadian journalist Brian Lilley from Sun News warned Americans during his broadcast that gun “registration will lead to confiscation.”

Lilley described how the Canadian government systematically confiscated firearms from law biding citizens: (1) create a national gun registry to track the sales of firearms, (2) pass laws that ban certain firearms, (3) notify gun owners that they have 30 days to surrender their registered firearms to local police.

New York lawmakers have been lobbying for gun confiscation both locally and nationally. Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin (R) exposed N.Y. lawmakers’ plans to  confiscate firearms earlier this year, see video.

In an interview, N.Y. Governor Andrew Cuomo stated that gun “confiscation could be an option,€” regarding new gun control laws. Now gun owners are seeing his promise of gun confiscation unfolding before their eyes.

In April, the California state legislature passed a bill approving $24 million in order to confiscate an estimated 40,000 handguns and assault weapons from felons and those who the state deems emotionally unfit to own firearms.

California uses paramilitary teams called Armed & Prohibited Persons System (APPS) to inspect homes and confiscate firearms.

Former DOJ Special Agent, Greg Cameron told Ginny Simone that the majority of those people targeted in these raids should not have been targeted.

Cameron said, “95% to 98% of the firearms we confiscated, I really questioned why we were confiscating them. This whole freakin APPS thing is not doing anyone any good. This has amounted to nothing less than “gun confiscation under the guise of safety.”

Cameron described what they would do in a typical raid in order to enter a home without a warrant.

“We would show up with way too many agents for the circumstance, and it didn’t make any sense; there was no need for it. And yeah, the whole place would be surrounded, and absolutely, there’s an intimidation factor there that makes people allow — or think that they need to allow — law enforcement into their house. And if we found out there were guns in the house, then we would confiscate them.  I think it is, overbroad, overreaching.  I think it’s it’s confiscation under the guise of safety.  That’s absolutely what I think it is.  And I think this is the crux of the whole issue.  You need to know what you can and can’t do when confronted with law enforcement, especially in your own home.  I mean, that’s the premise of the Fourth Amendment,” Cameron said.

anyone starting to figure out who the real terrorists are yet?
for excellent examples of what liberals are all about, just keep an eye on new York and California.

    • Randy

You may have had a point about the real terrorists, right up until you started dividing people by labels. Its not liberals, its not conservatives, its not democrats and its not republicans its the people who manipulate all sides to push their own agenda.

      Stop dividing people.

      • g.johnon

I can see where you got that, my mistake. my contentions re: liberalism is only based within the content of the story. new York and California are hopelessly llberal states. it was not my intention to divide but to point out examples of how liberalism does not work for the people. I have been similarly critical of “republicans” in many posting on this site. the two party system divides us, and that is my bone of contention.

        • Randy

          Ah. *nods* Understandable.

      • Jesse Farmer

Also, terrorists? That’s not the right word. That’s from the deep, dark paranoia of the brainwashed Libertarian.

Not that I support this stuff, but let’s not get into the realm of wild imagination with all of this terrorist hyperbole.

        • Kevin Jensen

Calling people is not a Libertarian thing. It is Obama and his minions who label anyone a terrorist or extremist who talks of freedom and patriotism, and the importance of The Constitution. The Pentagon is straight up training the military that this is the case. Judicial Watch retrieved this training via the Freedom of Information Act. – see http://www.judicialwatch.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/2161-docs.pdf

They also are afraid to label an actual terrorist as such.

        • raisinbrandon

They’re terrorists quite literally. Just ask the 9/11 families.

  • settheline

“Throughout the U.S.” seems a little bit over the top at this point, don’t you think Josh? CA and NY have always been bad on gun ownership. And to be fair, the example you cited is confiscation of guns that don’t meet the requirements of NY, not all registered guns as InfoWars implies. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like any of it and I know there a ton of politicians who would like to see gun confiscation on a national scale, but this just isn’t happening “throughout the U.S.” right now.

    • Chris D

whats that saying about as goes NY and Calif, so goes the country. Something to that effect. I live in WNY, we have a huge population of anti cuomo folks and hopefully something comes of the court cases currently under review. Starting Jan 1, this will be getting nasty as that is when the residents are required to have registered there long guns and shotguns. We will see how it unfolds.

      • bobue

erie county has the balls to only register for later confiscation

  • asiliveandbreathe

I’m gonna have to look for another source of this.

    • g.johnon

      always do that.

  • ZL

BE warned! This is EXACTLY what happened in South Africa when the “new regime” took over 20 years ago. “They” outlawed guns for ALL – except hunters (but with heavy, almost impossible, restrictions) & required EVERYONE to voluntarily hand in ALL their guns to police stations. Including collectors with antique guns that had been disabled. Those that did not hand them in – faced a jail sentence & a criminal record. And now… virtually no-one – NO ONE – no matter how legit or for what purpose – is EVER granted a license…. And guess what? The guns mysteriously disappeared from police vaults…………….And crime escalated at an unprecedented pace……. .. just saying. Do not give up your right to own one – for whatever purpose!

  • Steve B.

    I stopped reading at Infowars.com.

    • g.johnon

      did your knee jerk?

      • Jesse Farmer

Maybe it’s just the Alex Jones has lost so much credibility for being an obvious disinfo agent and operative of the extreme right-wing of Wall Street that anyone with half a brain has figured it out by now.

        • Christopher Tutt

Disinfo? What has he provided that is disinfo? Not a huge fan of theirs but I haven’t heard about much disinfo.

          • Jesse Farmer

The problem with Alex Jones is that now that the banking faction that he represents (the neo-Confederates, neo-fascists, Tea Party, or whatever you want to call them) is in power, so he can’t report on real news. He has to go around pretending like Obama is the emperor and all of this bs.

If you’re believing everything that Alex Jones says, then you think Obama is the source of all evil in this society, and that’s just stupid. In fact, his faction is a much bigger evil. Obama’s crime is that he’s too weak to do anything about it. Not that he’s the dictator of America. That’s just stupidity. Extreme stupidity.

Also, you can look at the Austrian School. Alex Jones pretends like he’s against globalism, while he promotes the theoretical economic foundation for globalism.

This is a guy who goes to Bohimian Grove to expose them, but then doesn’t expose Ron Paul and Mitt Romney for the occultist that they obviously are.

Then there’s the whole NWO mystification, when we all know that it’s a handful of bankers (some of whom pay Alex). Lindsey Graham? That guy isn’t full of disinfo? Really?

The problem with Alex Jones is that he’ll tell you the truth, unless it is the truth about the bankers that he represents.

          • g.johnon

you are one woefully confused individual.

          • Guest

I pray that sometime soon your eyes will open and you will see the world around you and stop being a puppet.

          • Bob Loblaw

Have you NEVER listened to Alex Jones? Therer’s no way you can and be so absolutely misinformed about him. I mean you are insinuating that he supports Lindsey Graham when he is one of the guys biggest critics, calling him out as a slimeball whenever he makes the headlines.

Alex has never said Lindsey Graham wasn’t full of disinfo. Infowars has covered how the guy wants to attack Iran, and thinks you shouldn’t have
a lawyer and should be detained indefinitely, and that bloggers have no 1st amendment rights, etc.

Here’s a video where he exposes Lindsey Graham’s tyrannical attitude that they can lock you away without a lawyer or trial, and alex even slams Bush if you pay attention.

If you think Alex Jones acts like Obama is the source of all evil you haven’t paid attention to him very much. He slammed Bush and still does. Still opposes the banksters that run both the republicans and democrats.

The fact is that Obama is the one currently trashing the country for the
banksters, so Alex covers this, and it gets more coverage than what
Bush did(which he covered endlessly at the time as with Clinton), but
that doesn’t mean he suddenly supports them just because he won’t devote
more time to the previous front-man’s escapades.

He still points out that Obama is a front man for these international criminals just as Romney was. He opposses the “banking faction” while supporting constitutionalists, regardless of if they run as republican or democrat or libertarian.

To say that the “Tea Party” is part of the “banking faction” is ludicrous seeing as the actual movement is about opposing taxation without representation, and the Federal Reserve banking cartel. But perhaps you think that because those criminals tried to co-opt the movement, that he now works for them when he supports true tea party constitutionalists like Ron Paul thaat these clowns try to associate themselves with.

Not so. There’s the true tea party that is made up of both democrats, republicans and libertarians, and then there’s the “conservative” “tea baggers” that the media and establishment tried to use as representatives of the movement. Now just because the clowns send their Goldmaan Sachs puppets to an event doesn’t mean that the other guys like Ted Cruz are on the same team as Romney or McCain or Graham- in fact Graham and McCain are very much in opposition with Rand Paul(while they ignore Ron).

Mercantilism(free-trade) was the foundation of globalism, not austrian economics. Simply because Alex supports austrian economics does not mean he is against fair-trade and tariffs that the Bushes and Clintons did away with by passing things like NAFTA.

Further, Ron Paul is no occultist. There’s nothing to expose there, except that you are making up ad hominem attacks.

And what “nwo mystification” are you talking about? Yes we all know it’s a handful of bankers- and Alex doesn’t “mystify” this fact or get paid by them- he gets paid by sponsors and sales. You have to have never heard the guy, to think he actually represents the bankers he’s been railing against for over a decade, having people like G. Edward Griffin on, who literally wrote the book on the subject in 1959. Saying he works for the banksters when he is in large part responsible for the END THE FED movement, is absolutely ignorant or insane.

          • gacue

dis info – failing to note that citizens of israel are running the u.s. government and disarmament. lies of omission are lies. feinstein, schumer, leiberman, levin, gifford, weiner, sunstein, bloomberg, just look it up. you can go on forever naming jews, who constitute a heavy 2% of the u.s. population

        • g.johnon

“half a brain” being the operative term, way to figure it out jesse.

    • Christopher Tutt

To look at a reference and cancel it out because of that reference you are ignorant. Although I am not a full Alex Jones fan but I will check out the info. They always place links that can be your resource. Don’t just look on the surface check all resources.

      • Steve B.

I generally check a lot of different resources. My issue with Alex Jones is that I find it difficult to sort through what’s true and what’s heavily slanted or embellished to fit his agenda (I’m not saying anything’s deliberately false). It’s just not worth the trouble for me.

    • A Dubs

Do you do the same when it says Fox News, CNN, or MSNBC?

      • Jamie C

      • Steve B.

Sort of. I’m very skeptical of those particular outlets. While I don’t immediately dismiss what they have to say, I do significantly more research on the subject matter than what they put out there.

    • Dude

So you blindly trust everything else? Do some research on the topics that are reported/discussed.

      • Steve B.

I’ve done plenty of research on this subject among many others. The headline of this article is correct in that the government (at least at the state level in a few states) is aggressively confiscating guns and even implementing offices for that stated purpose.

I don’t blindly believe anything these days. My problem with Alex Jones and InfoWars is that it’s so difficult to separate fact from fiction/embellishment that I just don’t waste my time.

        • n0truscotsman

Personally, I dislike Alex Jones because he previously skinnied articles verified by the hard work of other independent, investigative journalists.

There are real conspiracies going on daily. Unfortunately, Alex does nothing to help with the credibility.

This is coming from someone that even agrees with him in a few instances.

    • BS
  • april arnold

Ha….I’d like to see them try that crap in TX……

    • Daimyo

Yea WACO all over again. Too bad MSM was already established then and most of us were to young, much like the internet at that time.

    • The AntiMan

To late, they’ve been confiscating folks weapons in TX too. Many times already. The police do the dirty work that the politicians set them up to to do because you know, the LEO’s just love the Constitution so much.

    • n0truscotsman

Unfortunately, they have already done this in “gun friendly” Louisiana for some time.

How a state is graded by the NRA matters not to me. As far as I’m concerned, armed populations are a threat to oligarchs wearing Republican or Democrat collar pins.

    • Bob Loblaw

Actually they don’t have to in order to make them go away(in large part).

For example, a local family owned pawn shop here(in TX) that has sold guns for 30+ years had their license revoked a few years back because of two times they had a clerical error where they failed to mark a checkbox(despite everything otherwise being lawful and in order). This was part of a ATF/government effort to do this to many businesses, similar to the way they took a shipment of toy air-soft guns from a guy that used them in his business(I think it was gun safety trainning) because they had no orange cap on the end(he always painted it orange to bring it to compliance). They just decided to make it as difficult as possible.

  • The AntiMan

If nobody is willing to actually put up a physical fight against the cops who come to confiscate, then there will never be any real changes to begin in this country. The LEO’s will be the jerks who come to illegally steal your property & most likely arrest you illegally if you at all put up any verbal resistance. This is just how it is and until folks resist, and start to burn that fire brighter for liberty of course, then this crap will KEEP happening.

  • n0truscotsman

Another example of the frequent anti-gunner blanket argument of, “nobody is coming for your guns” being blown completely out of the water.

For the love of whoever makes us sane, I would LOVE for these stories to be untrue and embellishments. I would LOVE to believe that “nobody is coming for your guns” (call it self-interest since I am a owner of many guns, from surplus collectors items to scary sport utility rifles).

But the fact is that yes, in some states, government does confiscate peoples firearms. Registration can (and frequently does) result in confiscation, whether by denying purchase options (firearm-type and magazine size bans) to outright state-sponsored theft of private property. There have been frequent examples of registration leading to eventual theft in California and New York. There have also been examples of theft by outright force (even in Republican-dominated Louisiana).

There have been propositions for confiscation of “assault weapons” in Missouri introduced by the state’s Democratic representatives (not that “democrat” matters really). These are not merely exaggerations posted by right-wing media and conspiracy-mongerers.

Given this repeated pattern of behavior, the Federal and State governments are not credible when representatives say, “nobody is coming for your guns”. Yes, anti-gun politicians would jump on the opportunity to support confiscation, should respective laws be passed. Yes, it can happen. Yes, a few people in power are contemplating it (and will do so if the advantages outweight the disadvantages for them).

…and for them, confiscation is playing with white phosphorus.

  • The Nev

It’s only civil rights, right? What does it matter?

  • Johnney Appleseed

    Dear NYPD,
As I am a disabled Vet, and unable to travel to my local Police Precinct, you’ll have to come pick them up them from me. Thanks and have a nice day!

  • Mack Heath

too be honest think we need to limit government even more due to the fact their ego’s are out of control

  • Scott Sourile

Well, by “the government” you mean “New York City”… That’s that “local” government people have been crying for also.

  • Todd Hamlet

Yeah this is New York city flippin liberal douche bags they are also trying to make it illegal to use E-cigerettes in public because God forbid you inhale and blow out water vapor in the middle of Central park with nobody around.

  • Slim_Strontem

I guess we should start voting on how long we will let liberal states be overrun by the feds/UN, before we set them free.

  • Wayne D.

The authorities expect us to respect their laws while they violate universal law, natural law and constitutional law by oppressing us with their own form of legalized violence.
This is why even democracy does not always work, I like a true republic.

  • DankoRamone

This stuff is even better than the onion.

  • DankoRamone

You folks DO realize that (if this is true), it’s not THE GOVERNMENT doing this at any national level. It’s the NYPD. Granted, it’s a branch of a smaller city govt inside a state govt, but it’s far from Obama waging war on gun owners.

  • Sunshine

I went to the N.Y.P.D. website and read the everything they have to do with guns. this paper you have is a bunch of garbage. It has nothing to do with the truth or accuracy. Get a life.

    • Bob Loblaw

Right, like “everything they have to do with guns” is on their website. Clearly you are incapable of judging the facts for yourself, and instead have to ask someone you’ve been told is credible. Additionally, you are eitherr incompetent or lying when you say this as this is on their website http://www.nyc.gov/html/nypd/downloads/pdf/permits/ny_safe_act_letter_re_lcafd_2013_05_v9.pdf

‘It’s easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.’
      -Mark Twain

  • Sunshine

This is so annoying. Joshua Cook says Liberty is Rising? More like bull crap is spewing from his mouth and fingertips. What’s even more annoying is that so many people believe anything that anyone says. What’s up with that?? Didn’t ANYONE even notice that it’s not even N.Y.P.D. letterhead? That the letter is not put together is a professional manner? Does anyone bother themselves to check and see what is true anymore? Or is it just easier to believe any lie if it happens to go in the direction you lean? It would be nice if each and every one of us checked EVERYTHING that comes around on the internet before swallowing it hook line and sinker. I don’t care which direction a story leans, I check on it for accuracy. In a number of areas. Snopes is a good place to start, or go directly to the source. In this case, go straight to N.Y.P.D. Please don’t listen to every idiot trying to push their own agenda and propaganda.

    • darylcow

you can’t fake the police state where i am.

  • Cynthia Young
  • SlimJim

Please, more accuracy in matching your headlines to the story. Unless I’ve missed something, this is NEW YORK and CALIFORNIA. This is not throughout the united states. I don’t even think it’s being uniformly enforced in those two states.

    • Shawny

Were you not paying attention when they confiscated weapons of law abiding citizens in New Orleans and Boston prior to this? Do you think the U.N. Weapons Treaty signed is just for the hell of it? Do you think the stockpiling of ammo by DHS is some kind of conspiracy theory? You do realize that historically two of the predominant beliefs those people shared….just before all their weapons were confiscated and their countries became murderous dictatorships…..were denial and disbelief?

      • SlimJim

Oh, don’t get me wrong. I think there will be a violent treasonous action done by the government. I just sometimes get busy and skim headlines. This was not new news as the headlines had led me to believe. I don’t think the UN treaty will mean shìt. I am worried about the militarization of the police and worse than that, the acceptance of the public to give up their rights (Like Boston “yes come right in and screw my 4th Amendment rights) and then applaud the police for it. NOPD and the guard should have had rifles shoved up their arses. That was a good wake up call. Neighborhood by neighborhood, they are going to have to rid themselves of the rats. Of course, my posting and your posting will make us easy targets. Our IP’s are no doubt logged in some database somewhere and easily crossreferenced. Shawny, we’re on the same side, I just wrote mine poorly and with a specific purpose without elaborating. Such is the life of a shift worker that can’t sleep.

  • Ricky Ross

Thank God our troops are fighting and dying for our freedoms and liberties!

I need to go find a troop to thank right now!

“Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be
dreaded, because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War
is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes; and armies,
and debts, and taxes are the known instruments for bringing the many
under the domination of the few. In war, too, the discretionary power of
the Executive is extended; its influence in dealing out offices,
honors, and emoluments is multiplied; and all the means of seducing the
minds, are added to those of subduing the force, of the people. The same
malignant aspect in republicanism may be traced in the inequality of
fortunes, and the opportunities of fraud, growing out of a state of war,
and in the degeneracy of manners and of morals engendered by both. No
nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.”

    – James Madison

    • trigon400

I know, that kills me whenever I hear these dingbats say “the troops are fighting for our freedoms”.
If our troops were fighting for our freedoms, they would descend upon Washington & start killing those who are deconstructing our bill of rights.

      • Ricky Ross

Yea, I tried to break away from the doom and gloom of reality this weekend. So, I watched a few NFL games on Thursday. I could not hardly take it with all of the troop worship at the games, the announcers, the players and the commercials.

It was conditioning at it’s finest! It was like some sort of script full of empty and fake praise…”thank the troops, love the troops, troops keep us safe, troops protect us, troops fighting for our freedoms and liberties” >>> NON STOP GARBAGE!

        • Ian

I tried watching football too after not having watched in years and I couldnt take the propaganda indoctrination being blasted out of the television set at me. Once you know, well you know.

        • LetsTryLibertyAgain

Don’t forget Bob Costas’ lengthy anti-gun tirade while ostensibly broadcasting for the NFL. What does THAT have to do with football?

And Daniel Defense proposed a one minute Super Bowl ad this year depicting a veteran choosing an AR-15 to defend his family and apparently the powers that be (supposedly the NFL but maybe the network?) rejected it as inappropriate, even though the entire ad was very mild. No shooting. No scary burglars. Just a guy, his family, and an AR at the end. Even weirder, this ad seems inappropriate while some of the other Super Bowl ads are soft core porn. It’s just bizarre.

Ask yourself why does the government want to take away your guns so badly? If it were about safety then they would prosecute every felon caught with an illegal gun under the federal laws. When this happened in Richmond, gun violence dropped dramatically.

No the real reason they want your guns is because they know that gun owners are the last stand against a tyrannical government – the dream of both parties in DC.

In their minds no more guns = no more stupid Constitution to deal with.

    • trigon400

This is why they create theater like Sandy Hook with lots of women pretending to blubber about “the children” while refusing to show any proof that it even happened at all.
No vids of Lanza using Sandy Hook’s $300K security videos, no names of companies who cleaned up the “bloody floors” at the school.
This is all about removing the most effective tools we have to defend against tyranny; our mil pattern weapons.
      Never, ever give them up.

      • usaok59

Not to mention that they demolished the building secretly.

  • LibertyChick

This was a key aspect of the Nazi’s success: they had their law biding citizens reigister their guns, then they knew where they were and confiscated them, knowing at that point citizens could not resist the regime. Welcome to the new NSA: Nazi States of America.

    • casterofpeals

they confiscated guns from jews only.

the key to nazi success was the impending communist party success. the nazi party had overwhelming majority approval in both germany and austria

      • americanvirtues

There were only 7 million nazis and the population of germany was about 89 million at the time.

        • casterofpeals

i never said they got the majority vote, the max they got was 40% of the popular vote, and the most seats in the reichstag, with the communists coming in second, but the important thing was that they did not gain success by confiscation of guns–this is a misconception about what actually happened that freedom advocates mistakenly use.

LibertyChick was referring to the 1938 german weapons act, which actually deregulated parts of the wiemar republic’s 1928 weapons act (which was very restrictive). but the 1938 act was more restrictive to jews and certain foreigners.

there was more firearms freedom in nazi germany than the majority of america, and it’s sad.

          • americanvirtues

I never said you said that, the placement was targeted to people reading your post, so those people will understand the danger we are all in right now. Wonderful follow up by the way.

          • casterofpeals

haha sorry, i have been hyper-history-sensitive lately with my research into how the nazis got into power. it makes one much more sympathetic to the plight of the germans en masse.

          • LibertyChick

Dis-arming the Jews I think helped the Nazi’s succeed. Disarming the Conservatives in the US will help the left. Let’s face it, the Left isn’t going to fight back against the regime they support. Unless they wake up. Might as well disarm them just in case…

          • casterofpeals

you are right that confiscating guns from jews made it easier to subjugate them!

    • Erik Lee

The Nazis are not the ones confiscating guns, this time around. The Jews are behind this. Just ask Diane Feinstein.

No, some of the Nazis WERE JEWS. In reality, they’re fascists. Diane Feinstein for example sits on the senate “intelligence comittee”. This was set up by Frank Church as a check to NSA spying because he knew that they couuld potentially become anunstoppable surveillance force. Well, now the NSA has private companies do this stuff under contract. These companies hire lobbyists. The lobbyists pay off and make deals with people like her, so that now she is their advocate rather than adversary.

I think the truth is, that if you were Bill Gates, and especially if you had a big company, you could lobby them to do the right thing, and they would do it out of greed. But they themselves are amoral. The problem is that the people that truly support freedom, are not so greedy and haven’t the money to do this.

If the TOR project could raise enough billions, they could at least get the internet spying outlawed, if not propose and push a law that requires an open source, securely end-to-end encrypted, anonymized internet protocol by 2015 or something and that all new routers have the protocol.

Instead, we have some of the most destrucive corporations and organnizations buying them off – which is technically fascism rather than nationalism or national socialism(nazism).

        • LibertyChick

Bill Gates has donated $150 million to the new “Common Core State Standards” (CCSS) which is replacing all school curriculum (for math and English first, then we’ll see). The intention as presented is so all schools across the nation will be teaching the same curriculum every day, so if a student transfers school they will be in the same place of the curriculum. He stands to make 100xs more than his investment as all the curriculum comes via computers and he will have the programs that need to be downloaded/purchased by the school systems. Much of this is dumbing down the students. And once they add history to the curriculum most real history won’t be taught. It will all be far left propoganda. All aligned with UN Agenda 21:

          • Bob Loblaw

Don’t forget their support of “golden rice” and stock in Monsanto, or that they support giving Africans vaccine-strain polio. Vaccine-strain polio is more deadly than regular polio and the vaccine will not give you antibodies to it. This while pretending the vaccine will help reduce polio infection rates, despite the fact that the vaccine causes more cases than it can be shown to prevent. The sad thing is that they do have the money to change the world for the better…and they would rather not.

Read “The Screwtape Letters.” They want to heard us like cattle. It’s a little hard to herd cattle, when they are armed. Then they need to medicate us. Difficult to heard cattle, when they are a bit ornery.

Who are ultimately “they?” Why would anyone have a desire, a benefit to themselves to do such things? What motivates these guys? When one finds who “they” are, then questions get answers. Scary ones.

Some here make parallels to Nazi Germany. Believe me (or don’t believe me), that relationship is stranger than most think it is pure fiction. Some believe we are already in the Fourth Reich. Have been for some time. The actual leaders will shock some.

Look up Project Camelot. From there, search Erin Rothschild. Look up James Casbolt/Michael Prince. What the two say about “they” is not pleasant. You have to understand why it is in the interest of some to do these things to the rest of us.

It is difficult to fight an enemy, when you are not sure what exactly are you dealing with. In military strategy, this is simply good intelligence gathering. It determines your success or not.

The question then becomes, are we dealing with other humans (evil as they are), or something more?

    • SteveOh7

I haveonly one question for you? Just what substances and what daily doses are you on??????????? Seriously.

      • PJ London

“In short, the new study by Wood and Douglas suggests that the negative stereotype of the conspiracy theorist – a hostile fanatic wedded to the truth of his own fringe theory – accurately describes the people who defend the official account of 9/11, not those who dispute it.

Recent studies by psychologists and social scientists in the US and UK suggest that contrary to mainstream media stereotypes, those labeled “conspiracy theorists” appear to be saner than those who accept the official versions of contested events.

“The CIA’s campaign to popularize the term ‘conspiracy theory’ and make conspiracy belief a target of ridicule and hostility must be credited, unfortunately, with being one of the most successful propaganda initiatives of all time.”

In other words, people who use the terms “conspiracy theory” and “conspiracy theorist” as an insult are doing so as the result of a well-documented, undisputed, historically-real conspiracy by the CIA to cover up the JFK assassination. That campaign, by the way, was completely illegal, and the CIA officers involved were criminals

No wonder the anti-conspiracy people are sounding more and more like a bunch of hostile, paranoid cranks.

        By Dr. Kevin Barrett”

I m a conspiracy theorist, what are you?

So, it’s really no longer about discussion, petitions or reason, is it? NO IT’S NOT! It’s about the use of brute force to intimidate and molest non-violent Americans. Wake up folks, these jackoffs ramrodding our gov’t only understand one thing. They’ve made that abundantly clear… Time to take a stand!! An eye for an eye…

  • GG Johnson

If the California citizens are in violation, a petition for a warrant should have been obtained. They are taking too much control and skirting procedure and our rights. Overstepping the rules again under the guise of safety – perpetuating fear and trampling on our constitutional rights.

    • SteveOh7

      So now what?

      • http://yourdaddy.net/ NotaLemming

Heller VS DC. The premise of this law has already been ruled on by SCOTUS. The law is unconstitutional and those that signed it should be recalled and or impeached.

But none of the things Gun Owners and Law abiding citizens consider applied accountability will ever be seen. So the only accountability that will happen is when law abiding gun owners decide it is time for someone to pay for these Constitutional transgressions will occur under the guise of defending from Liberty Tyranny. That means the Tree of Liberty will not thirst again for at least another 230 years. We pray.

That day of accountability grows ever so near.

no, just reality. you cant have a dodo omlet, because there are no dodo birds. you cant have gun crime, without guns.

    • capok

you must be joking. Chicago has an outright ban and the highest rate of gun violence in the country. Confiscation from those who have REGISTERED guns means only criminals will have guns.

      • Dave Maisey

where did i write any of that? reading is hard

    • Michael Sciortino

Dave, you are ABSOLUTELY banned from breeding. Turn your testicles in at the door. What are the stats on legally owned guns used in crimes? Less than 1% is the answer. Therefore (try and follow me here) that over 99% of crimes are committed with illegally owned guns. Do you care to offer an explanation as to how reducing/eliminating legally owned guns is going to reduce crime? No? I didn’t think so.

      • Dave Maisey

Right because all those criminals will just go give their guns up. All the gang bangers, Armed robbers, are just going to walk into the police stations and hand them over because this law that was passed has made them rethink how they live. This one piece of legislation has converted all armed criminals into honest hard working productive citizens.

      Dumb ass!!!

Holy cow.. that was the most ill-informed comment ever… Dave.. please school yourself.. Google/ youtube- “The History of Gun Control”… the very reason you can actually have the freedom to comment on anything is because the American People have the right to bear arms… not to duck hunt.. but as a last resort.. Watch Bill Cooper ” Behold a Pale Horse” Lecture and “An interview with Aaron Russo”.. my God man.. please wake up…

      • Dave Maisey

oh dear… wow…where to start there. america having guns has nothing at all to do with my rights. all that has done in my country is feed the black market and organised crime allowing them to prosper and kill and hurt many. the rest of the civilised world knows this. some day you will also.

        • christ_bearer

Where to start indeed… my friend .. youtube: “Innocents Betrayed: The History of Gun Control” , “Disarmed” by Anthony Gucciardi.. • jack light

Then why stop with the “no guns, no gun crime” diatribe? Guns on a whole have very little in the way of the numbers of people killed. You include the words “gun” and “crime” in your statement. Lets work with that for a moment and we’ll even combine the word ‘gun’ and ‘crime’ together where appropriate. Firstly, if its no ‘crime’ that you generally seek, then let be enforced the elimination, or confiscation, of bow and arrows, sharp objects to include any and all knives and or tools that ‘look’ deadly, i.e., screwdrivers, etc. They can be used as weapons of crime and mass murder/slaughter/killings, right?? Why just guns (we’ll get to them in a moment)? They only cause a little, tiny, fraction of mass killings and/or genocide. Why not add sling shots, rocks over 1/2 inch in diameter, or any device that facilitates the making of a weapon such as large rubber bands and paper clips. These items can be weaponized and be used to commit ‘crime’. Weapons of ‘mass destruction’ must be included, so, there will be confiscations of automobiles (to include farm equipment), buses, propane tanks, any and all aircraft or anything that can be used to fly into a building or home which all can be used to kill people on a much more massive scale. The larger the weapon, the larger the death and destruction…and of course the bigger the ‘crime’. Additionally, in keeping with the ‘no gun – no gun crime’, we MUST include the complete elimination of ‘guns’ that the military and police departments possess since they have the biggest collections of said weapons of destruction that surely could be used in ‘gun crime’ (insert Fast and Furious comments here). I would also include all forms of incendiary and/or spark producing devices as well, in keeping with the theme of ‘crime’ (although the word ‘gun’ is set aside in this instance), to include lighters, matches, etc., which in turn will eliminate arson…a non gun crime, yet still a ‘crime’.

        • patriot 86

          • patriot 86

The 8 year olds on x box have a leg up on you because your still stuck in the first grade if you think there is ever gonna be a world without guns or violence of any kind .How can you be so ignorant and delusional to think that if there were no guns there would be any drop in the level of crime .the crooks would just switch over to knives and clubs .

        • Cole

Looks like Dave can read; just not spell.

    • 1homer1

      Dave your delusional

      • Dave Maisey

well…if you think gun crime can exist without guns, it would seem you are delusional. is reading that hard for the gun nut crowd?

        • Matt

Well, In Poland weapons are no legall, no one have weapons but we still have crimes with weapons… How you can explain that? Trust me, without weapons your just loosing part of your safety, bad people will always get illegal weapons.

    • albertzabala

Dave ….explain chicago and mexico you twit??

      • Dave Maisey

there are guns in chicago and mexico…so there is gun crime. whats so hard to understand about that? also when you insult someone, you kinda look like a 8 year old. are you 8?

    • Dwightmannn

      Shut up stupid.

      • Dave Maisey

        excellent well thought out response.

      • Dave Maisey

in my country, they are all unarmed. no gangs smashing down doors though, strangely the police stop that sort of business. weird right.

        • Mark

Now that’s a thought, so why are the police armed if guns are bad? Why would they needs guns at all, that just doesn’t make sense.

      • Dave Maisey

no they dont, nothing at all supports that guns stop crime. nothing at all. even the nra doesn’t give numbers supporting that theory. i also didt say anything about crime, only gun crime. reading is hard for this group it seems.

        • patriot 86

So you say there are no statistics on guns preventing crime huh.Well that just shows how little you know cuz you can open any american hunter or american riflemen magazine and right in front is a section called the armed citizen where they publish police documented accounts of armed citizens either stopping a intruder or preventing a act of violence with a gun so that shoots your no proof comment all to hell. Why dont you finish school or get your ged before you try to communicate with rational people you tool.

          • Dave Maisey

i would love to see some links to actual police reports. seeing how those magazines are under no obligation to be truthful. i try not to make life decisions based on random publications. although real police reports on the other hand. good luck finding even one to post.

    • steve

That has to be one of the dumbest things ive ever heard. Where did you come up with that amazing idea lol.

      • Dave Maisey

simple reality i suppose. if guns didnt exist, there would be no gun crime. why is that so hard for gun nuts to get?

    • patriot 86

man and i thought i had heard it all.what a dumb bitch to be so naive to even think anything so stupid.if there were no guns there would be no crime wow thats rich you could run for office cuz you definetely have your head up your ass far enough to be a career politician.

      • Dave Maisey

oh my, let me help you. first off, when you insult someone, you are basically saying, you have no good point at all, and are hoping they will go away without showing you how uninformed you are. so there is that. second. reading is kinda important on the internet. its text based for the most part, but let me help you. “NO GUNS means NO “””””GUN”””””” crime. its hard to get all the words, but sound it out. i know you can do it. its simple reality. no guns, no gun crime. cant refute that. its impossible.

It will be the beginning of the biggest muslam ccaliphate in the world. You will then be subjected to Sharia Law.

New Yorkers better turn that deeply blue and depressed state red as fast as possible and fight like h3ll to get your rights. Or else move out of the state or get used to being scr3w3d over more and more and more.

  • Jackie Stevens

They can never get rid of guns in America no matter how hard they try. This will just make normally law abiding people get their guns the same way gangs do.

    • patriot 86

Right you are and when they come to get them its gonna be like the old west all over again cuz any cop in his right mind is gonna turn in his badge and join the gun owners and there will be a revolution in this country you wont believe.Watch all the politicians go into hiding because the people are gonna want some payback and demand these scumbags be thrown in jail.

      • ProSecond Amendment

Yup We all pray for this but we know these scumbags have bigger weapons so playing smart is the only way to go. The only way to defeat them is by the wisdom of God. Be led by the spirit of wisdom or die a martyr or even worse accused of being a terrorist. our main goal should be to continue to educate military and alw enforcement so the ones who decide to follow the corruption become the outcast within the forces but right now as it sits, many will go along because any act of aggression on law enforcement or military still looks like we’re the terrorits when the tyrants wre the ones who are threatening to use forece on the people if they don’t settle down. They will play this smart until the very last second and even use tactical nukes to control us if they have to. Unless all law enforcement and military wakes up we are on our own in so many ways except for towns and cities who are already standing together then I could see a battle of the states but if that happens in the end the good guys may lose because the majority of states will have the foreign power of military force to take down singular states like Texas and Arizona if they rise up…..

No wait a minute… scratch that.. lol I just had an epiphany. I live in Washington state and I know thousands of mountain boys up here who will be more than happy to come down to texas and help out and any road block from here to there better pack their shit up and go home cause you will be counted an enemy of we the people.

But I still agree with you.

LOL! America is turning into Canada. Cool, maybe then we can get rid of that stupid border crossing.

    • ProSecond Amendment

As long as Canada takes up our 2nd Amendment rights along with the rest of our unalienable rights I’m cool with making Canada a 51 state. lol But the way corruption works, they will try to bring your socialist laws down here. No thanks Canada. You havent manned up against your socialist based tyrannical government enough for me yet.

  • Dwightmannn

This is a good use of our tax dollars? I think not.

  • Ki’a Dragon

It seems legit till you read it. Any blogger who freaks out about guns being confiscated ‘throughout the US’ and then shows (questionable?) evidence only from NY, California and Canada…is too stupid to be taken seriously.

And as far as California…most states have denied convicted felons firearms forever. They do it in my home state (Michigan).

Too much over the top reporting to take this blogger seriously. I would love to see more hard data on the NY situation. That part of the article seems concerning. But the shoddy, sensationalist reporting makes me doubt the whole shooting match (pun intended).

    • capo k

lol. really? so you had no use for the direct quote from the DOJ officer?

Former DOJ Special Agent, Greg Cameron told Ginny Simone that the majority of those people targeted in these raids should not have been targeted.

Cameron said, “95% to 98% of the firearms we confiscated, I really
questioned why we were confiscating them. This whole freakin APPS thing
is not doing anyone any good. This has amounted to nothing less than
“gun confiscation under the guise of safety.”

You had no use for that huh? No concern there? lol.

      • Ki’a Dragon

Too stupid to read my whole comment, huh? People like you give gun owners like me a bad name.

I DIDN’T DISAGREE with the DEA. I said the article claims gun confiscated ACROSS THE USA. The article talks about NY, California and Canada.

        1. Canada is NOT IN THE USA.
        2. The DEA has nothing to do with the NY overreach (which I said was of concern). That is a State and not a Federal grab.
        3. The article title falsely represented the data in article.

So….you are either the author defending their shoddy work, or an idiot who can’t read or doesn’t understand things like the difference between State govt, Federal govt, Foreign govts and how they work.

I am guessing idiot. I betcha don’t eve own gun locks for your guns, do you Monkey Boy?

        • Leo

Sounds like you might be from Cali. Good luck getting your gun lock off during a home invasion.

        • ProSecond Amendment

At the same time you’re still the stupid one who thinks it’s wrong to make a headline warning the entire nation when one state is grabbing guns. If it can happen in any state at all it can happen everywhere in America. It might as well be considered to be happening everywhere seeing nobody gets a fire lit under their ass until it’s too late. So wake up and support the cause and stop supporting the shills who do nothing but discredit the seriousness of the matter. Your point is useless here in the long run.

  • Born&BredAmerican

Ki’aDragon….. REGISTRATION=CONFISCATION … There is nothing new under the sun… Stalin did it, Hitler did it…. what makes you think a tyranical userper in the WH running this country by E.O. wouldn’t do it? Start on both coasts and work your way to the middle, good plan.. You have to understand, everything that comes out of the mouths of this administration is exactly the opposite (LIES). They can’t take us over until they force us to hand in our guns. Look up TPP. O is on the fast track to obliterate the Constitution…. want’s it done by the end of the yr… and it’s all undercover…Not something the whore media will inform you about. And if you consider Agenda 21 that’s been in place since Clinton…. Canada, America and Mexico are already one country. Why don’t you think they haven’t closed the boarders? Why do you think the illegals are able to stay here??? And name-calling doesn’t help any of us freedom loving American’s. We’re on the same side.

do you really think that criminal that break the law everyday are just going to listen to this one law just cause some people are stupid and think it is thew right thing to do
