Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush is now the latest candidate seeking the Republican nomination for President. Surrounded by family members, Bush made his announcement Monday at Miami Dade College.

Bush said at his campaign launch. “We need a president willing to challenge and disrupt the whole culture in our nation’s capital.”

Bush, joining ten other Republican candidates seeking the presidency, exhibited his time spent as Governor of Florida to position himself as an experienced candidate.

The announcement ends an exploratory position taken by Bush that went on for six months and allowed him to raise unlimited amounts of money, according to Politico.

“We will take Washington- the static capital of this dynamic country- out of the business of causing problems. We will get back on the side of free enterprise and free people. I know we can fix this. Because I’ve done it,” Bush said.
