DNC Sends Paranoid Email About Obama Impeachment

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) sent an email to supporters on Saturday with the subject “Impeachment.”

The body of the email said, ‘What do these people have in common?” It then went on to list quotes from multiple Republican politicians such as Sen. James Inhofe, Rep. Michelle Bachmann, Rep. Kerry Bentivolio, and Rep. Blake Farenthold.

So, what do all of these politicians have in common? According to the DNC, they have each pushed the possibility of Obama’s impeachment, or the “I-Word,” as the email called it.

“Republicans are actually excited about that idea… Show these Republicans that they are way, way off-base, and give President Obama a Congress that has his back,” said the email. It then urged supporters to always vote Democrat to help prevent Republicans from impeaching President Obama.

Below is a portion of the email:

The Daily Caller pointed out multiple reasons why many Republicans have brought up impeachment: “Obama’s staff changed key talking points on the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack; his Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative groups during the 2012 election cycle; and Obama personally lied to the American people when he told them that they could keep their existing doctors and health insurance plans under Obamacare.”

Rep. Amash, a favorite of many libertarians, pointed out that President Obama is “setting the stage for something very dangerous in the future” by expanding government at a rapid pace.
