Judge Dismisses Nurses “Vaccine Rights” Case – powered by ise.media
A Federal Judge has dismissed the lawsuit filed by nurses and employees of a Houston Hospital who were told to get the Covid vaccine or they’re fired. The Judge dismissed the case, falsely stating that the Covid 19 vaccines are not experimental. Meanwhile the CDC is holding an emergency meeting this week and Israeli doctors say there has been an alarming rate of heart inflammation, especially in young men.
In my recent interview with Ricky Varandas on The Ripple Effect podcast, I enjoyed a great discussion on current and past events impacting the world and talked about the launch of my new platform, ISE Media. Atlanta, GA — A family is turning to the public for help following the disappearance of Timothy Cunningham, 35, an epidemiologist at the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), who left work after complaining of feeling ill on February 12 and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Cunningham, a graduate of of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, was recently promoted to commander in the Public Health Service, and was responsible for responding to and supervising public health emergencies including the Ebola virus and the Zika virus. A statement from the CDC called Cunningham “a highly respected member of our CDC family.”
After failing to show up for work on February 13, his parents Terrell and Tia-Juana Cunningham were reportedly unable to get in contact with him and drove from their home in Maryland to Cunningham’s home in Atlanta on the morning of February 14, according to The New York Times. Upon their arrival, his parents found the house and the garage were locked and two windows were open, according to the Times.
After gaining entry to Cunningham’s home, his parents found his car, phone, wallet were located at the house; the two immediately contacted the police, ABC affiliate WSB in Atlanta reported.
“It’s not the type of news you want to hear,” Terrell Cunningham said. “Thirty-five years old, but always your child.”
“This is an appeal to the public,” he also said. “We’re seeking your help in bringing Tim back safe to us.”
Cunningham’s family said that he maintains a very close relationship with them and noted this is unusual behavior for him, as they said he would never leave without keeping in contact or making sure his dog was cared for.
“My first mind is that something has happened, especially considering the length of time he’s been gone” Timothy’s brother, Anterio Cunningham, told Fox 5. “Not having his phone, leaving his dog, Bo, alone, he just wouldn’t voluntarily check out like that. Tim is the consummate professional. He loves his job. He wouldn’t just cast it aside. He’s worked hard to get where he is.”
“We just hope he will just come home safely. None of this makes sense. He wouldn’t just evaporate like this and leave his dog alone and have our mother wondering and worrying like this. He wouldn’t,” Anterio Cunningham also said.
The New York Times reports that Cunningham’s sister, Tiara Cunningham, said her brother sounded “not like himself” in a phone call on the day he left work sick, while Timothy’s father said he felt uncomfortable after his last conversation with him as well, noting a “tone” that left him “concerned about Tim.”
The CDC said, “Our thoughts are with his friends and family during this difficult time.”
Fox 5 reported that the Cunningham family has joined with Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta and are offering a $10,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
Atlanta Police said they have no specific evidence of foul play, but are looking into all possible leads. Anyone with information is advised to call 911 or the Atlanta Police Homicide/Adult Missing Persons Unit at (404) 546-4235.
The debate over whether vaccines cause autism has become one of the most controversial disputes in this country. In this episode of Truth In Media, the focus is not on whether vaccines are responsible for autism. The issue at hand here is a study that was performed at the CDC and the question of whether the agency was complicit in a cover-up over a decade ago.
For nearly two years, Truth In Media has explored the allegations of Dr. William Thompson, a CDC scientist who came forward in 2014, hired a whistleblower attorney, and claimed that important data regarding a study on vaccines and autism was eliminated.
Thompson’s claims have led to a divide among Americans, with some believing that Thompson’s allegations are credible and should be investigated further, and others convinced that the documents Thompson handed over mean absolutely nothing. In December 2015, Ben Swann was the first journalist to obtain the documents from Congressman Bill Posey.
In this episode, Swann further examines not only Thompson’s claims, but also the documents related to the study, with the assistance of doctors, journalists, authors and former CDC specialists who joined Swann in discussing every document that was handed over.

Since 2014, Ben Swann has been investigating and reporting on the story of William Thompson, a CDC scientist who hired a whistleblower attorney and turned over to Congress thousands of pages of documents regarding a 2004 CDC study on autism and vaccines.
Swann reported in September 2014:
“Thompson is a senior scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and has been with the CDC since 1998.
A statement released on August 27th by Dr. Thompson in response to media coverage is that he and co-authors from a 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics did in fact omit important information from a study on the link between vaccines and autism.
While Thompson goes on to explain that he believes that vaccines have saved and continue to save lives, he clearly admits that the CDC did in fact intentionally omit data that demonstrated a connection between an increased risk of autism in African American males who were giving the MMR vaccine before 36 months of age.
Thompson goes on to say that his reason for coming forward was because of conversations with Dr. Brian Hooker over the course of 10 months. Those conversations were about whether or not there is a connection between vaccines and neurodevelopmental outcomes including autism spectrum disorders. Thompson clearly states that his hand was forced by Hooker who secretly recorded the conversations.”

Thompson later handed over the study documents to Congressman William Posey. One month ago, Posey’s office went on to give Swann access to these documents. In fact, Swann was the first journalist to receive the documents from Posey’s office.
Upon receiving those documents, Swann organized a team comprised of doctors, journalists, authors and former CDC specialists to analyze every single document that was handed over.
On Tuesday, January 26, 2016 Swann will release a Truth in Media documentary which details a study of CDC cover-up and suppression of medical findings. In addition, Swann will release the Thompson documents at TruthinMedia.com to anyone who wishes to learn more about what’s inside them.
Atlanta, GA. – On Friday, October 23, activists will hold a rally for “Truth, Transparency and Freedom” outside of the headquarters of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia.
The event calls for “concerned individuals from all across the nation” to gather outside the CDC Headquarters and “demand truth, transparency and freedom-to-choose which medical procedures are right for themselves and their families.” The event states that the demonstration will be aimed at exposing “the corruption within the CDC’s vaccine division.”
The organizers of the event write, “It has been over a year (August 2014) since a Senior Research Scientist within the CDC has come-forward with allegations of falsified safety data…the very data upon which vaccine public policy is made.”

Thompson is a senior scientist at the CDC and has been with the agency since 1998.

A statement was released on August 27, 2014 by Dr. Thompson in response to reports that he and co-authors from a 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics did in fact omit important information from a study on the link between vaccines and autism. Below is an excerpt from Thompson’s statement.
Dr. Thompson was originally not intending to be so forthcoming about his involvement until it was revealed that conversations he had with Dr. Brian Hooker had been recorded. Dr. Thompson’s statement claimed that documents had been handed over to Congressman Bill Posey’s office for review. Posey serves on the Committee on Science, Space and Technology.
Ben Swann later confirmed with Posey’s office that they had indeed received documents from Dr. Thompson:
“According to Congressman Posey’s spokesman, George Cecala, ‘I can confirm that we have received a very large number of documents and we are going through those documents now. There are a lot of them, so it will take some time.’ Cecala could not say exactly how many documents are in possession of the Congressman’s staff though sources tell me that as many as 100,000 documents have been handed over.”
There was very little chatter about the CDC whistleblower for quite some time until July 29th, when Congressman Bill Posey took to the floor of the House to discuss Dr. William Thompson and his documents. The organizers of the rally also mention the recent testimony of Congressman Posey, stating “Posey has urged Congress to investigate these claims and to date, no investigation has begun. On Saturday, October 24th, the rally will host a speaking event featuring researchers discussing corruption at the CDC and dangers of vaccinations. Dr. Brian Hooker, the doctor who recorded conversations with CDC scientist William Thompson, will be speaking about his efforts to expose fraud at the center.
The organizers of the event also discuss the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which eliminated any liability for pharmaceutical manufacturers, stating, “the number of recommended childhood vaccines has more than tripled and we have seen a decline in the health and vitality of our children with among the worst infant mortality rate in the developed world.”
Although pharmaceutical manufactures cannot be held liable for problems associated with vaccinations, the U.S. government does have a fund for victims of vaccines. During Congressman Posey’s speech on the House floor he mentioned the controversial Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
“It’s troubling to me that in a recent Senate hearing on childhood vaccinations, it was never mentioned that our government has paid out over 3 Billion Dollars through a Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for children who have been injured by vaccinations.”
Funds awarded through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program are first processed through a special vaccine court. In December 2014, Ben Swann examined a report by the Associated Press which revealed that thousands of families with claims with the vaccine court are left to wait for years, sometimes decades before receiving help.
The AP examined hundreds of court decisions, performed more than 100 interviews, and studied a database containing more than 14,500 cases. The database was last updated in January 2013 with the government refusing to release any new updates.
Officially known as the Office of Special Masters of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the so-called vaccine court is a little-known system that is intended to address claims of Americans who believe their children have been harmed by vaccinations. The court is an established part of the federal judiciary system however the authorities over the cases are not called judges but rather “special masters.”
The AP investigation found several issues with the court. These include tens of millions of taxpayer dollars that has been paid to private attorneys who often practice “churning,” a practice described as filing a large number of claims regardless of the quality of the claims. In the private court attorneys are paid out whether or not they succeed in convincing the court. That fact has led to questionable billing practices and an increase in court claims.
The AP report also found that “expert” witnesses for the families and the government often have a lack of credibility or conflicts of interest. The report says that some of the experts are also involved in setting up nonprofits that question vaccine safety. Meanwhile doctors hired by the government to testify in defense of vaccines have ties to the pharmaceutical industry.

Posey started out by reassuring critics that he was for vaccinations. “I am absolutely, resolutely, pro-vaccine. Advancements in medical immunization have saved countless lives and greatly benefited public health,” Congressman Posey stated.
Posey went on to say that parents should have “the best information available to them” when making decisions about their children’s health. “They should be able to count on Federal Agencies to tell them the truth. For these reasons I bring the following matter to The House Floor.”
“In August 2014 Dr. William Thompson a senior scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention worked with a whistleblower attorney to provide my office with documents related to a 2004 CDC study that examined the possibility of a relationship between mumps, measles, rubella vaccines and autism.”
Congressman Posey goes on to quote a statement from Dr. Thompson that was provided to his office:
“All the authors and I met and decided sometime between August and September ’02 not to report any race effects for the paper. Sometime soon after the meeting we decided to exclude reporting any race effects, the co-authors scheduled a meeting to destroy documents related to the study. The remaining four co-authors all met and brought a big garbage can into the meeting room and reviewed and went through all the hard copy documents that we had thought we should discard and put them in a huge garbage can. However, because I assumed it was illegal and would violate both FOIA and DOJ requests, I kept hard copies of all documents in my office, and I retained all associated computer files. I believe we intentionally withheld controversial findings from the final draft of the Pediatrics paper.”
George Cecala, a spokesperson for Posey’s office, confirmed to Forbes that the source of the quote was indeed the set of documents provided to Posey’s office last August. Forbes reports:
“According to Cecala, “those are Thompson’s words,” quoted from the materials that Thompson’s attorneys provided Posey.
Cecala says that the documents in question will be distributed only to members of Congress and will not be made available otherwise until if and when a hearing is held.”

Congressman Posey ended his speech by reminding his colleagues that it was their duty to investigate the documents from Dr. Thompson.
“I believe it’s our duty to ensure that the documents Dr. Thompson provided are not ignored. Therefore, I will provide them to members of Congress, and the House Committees upon request.
Considering the nature of The Whistleblower’s documents, as well as the involvement of The CDC, a hearing and a thorough investigation is warranted.
So I ask, Mr. Speaker, I beg, I implore my colleagues on the appropriations committees, to please, please take such action.”
A prominent independent network of researchers recently examined every available study on water fluoridation and found that the practice does not reduce cavities.
The Cochrane Collaboration, a global independent network of researchers, professionals, and patients, narrowed the review down to the most comprehensive, well-designed and reliable papers, before analyzing and publishing their conclusion.
According to Newsweek:
“The review identified only three studies since 1975—of sufficient quality to be included—that addressed the effectiveness of fluoridation in the population at large. These papers determined that fluoridation does not reduce cavities to a statistically significant degree, says study co-author Anne-Marie Glenny, a health science researcher at Manchester University in the United Kingdom.
The scientists also found “insufficient evidence” that fluoridation reduces tooth decay in adults (children excluded).
From the review, we’re unable to determine whether water fluoridation has an impact on caries levels in adults,” Glenny says.”
Trevor Sheldon, dean of the Hull York Medical School in the United Kingdom, conducted a review of water fluoridation in 2000. Sheldon concluded that the process is not effective. “I had assumed because of everything I’d heard that water fluoridation reduces cavities but I was completely amazed by the lack of evidence,” he told Newsweek. “My prior view was completely reversed.”
Sheldon points out that some studies have actually shown that when water fluoridation was ceased, cavities went down a small percentage among schoolchildren. This includes a 2001 study of two British Columbia communities that was included in the Cochrane review.
The Cochrane team also found that most studies confirming the effectiveness of fluoridation were completed prior to the widespread use of dental products such as mouth rinses and toothpastes. The study did find evidence that fluoridation was linked to a 26 percent decrease in cavities. However, this study was also done before the growth of modern dentistry. The researchers write, “We have limited confidence in the size of this effect due to the high risk of bias within the studies and the lack of contemporary evidence.”
Critics have long argued that any benefits of fluoride are only effective when applied topically, directly to the teeth. This would make water fluoridation largely a waste of resources. Moreover, exposing the internal organs to fluoride might actually be harmful to health. The possibility of harmful side effects from water fluoridation is still heavily debated.
In early June, the Health Research Board (HRB) completed an in-depth review of the effects of water fluoridation. The review was conducted at the behest of the U.S. Department of Health. After examining all internationally peer-reviewed papers on the topic of fluoride and health effects from 2006 to 2014, the HRB “found no definitive evidence that community water fluoridation is associated with positive or negative systemic health effects.”
Both the HRB review and the Cochrane review concluded that the majority of studies on fluoride, either for or against, were significantly flawed. The researchers found that around 70 percent of the studies did not account for conflicting factors, including sources of fluoride beyond tap water, diet, and ethnicity.
Despite the new findings from the Cochrane Review the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) stands by their support of water fluoridation. Barbara Gooch, a dental researcher with CDC’s Division of Oral Health, told Newsweek that the review does not reduce the government’s “confidence in water fluoridation as a valuable tool to prevent tooth decay in children as well as adults.”
The new data comes just months after the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services released a report recommending water fluoridation levels be lowered.
The HHS released their final Public Health Service (PHS) for fluoride, calling for a change from the recommended 0.7 -1.2 milligrams per liter to a maximum of 0.7 milligrams of fluoride per liter of water.
The HHS says the change is in response to growing cases of dental fluorosis, which causes yellowing and pitting of the teeth. A 2010 U.S. National Health and Nutrition Survey found that approximately 41% of 12-15 year olds suffer from dental fluorosis, a consequence of fluoride overexposure. The Cochrane review also concluded that water fluoridation is leading to an increase in dental fluorosis.

A whistleblower scientist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has reportedly been granted immunity and may possibly speak before Congress regarding a connection between Autism and vaccines.
The Daily Caller has reported that Dr. William Thompson has been granted immunity by the Obama Administration following the revelation that he was involved in “fudging numbers” in a study related to vaccinations and Autism. Dr. Thompson would later release a statement through his lawyers stating that he had handed related documents to Congressman William Posey’s office.
According to the Daily Caller:
“The Obama administration has granted whistleblower immunity to a federal government scientist that claimed he intentionally omitted information in a study that could have shown a race-based link between vaccines and childhood diseases including autism.
“A whistleblower came to our office, Dr. William Thompson. He came forward with documents, saying that at CDC he had manipulated one of the studies he was an author on to get a desired outcome,” Posey spokesman George Cecala told TheDC. “The study has relation to vaccines and their relationship to autism.”
Posey staffer Anna Schartner said they reviewed Thompson’s statements and documents carefully.
“We’re working with the Science Committee to get a hearing,” Anna said. “What we’re talking about is integrity within an agency. It’s rightfully under the purview of the Science Committee.”
The DC goes on to say that Congressman Posey supports the use of vaccinations for children, however, “parents should have all the information they need.” Posey serves on the Committee on Science, Space and Technology.
Ben Swann.com spoke with members of The Canary Party regarding the report by the DC. The Canary Party stated that “there are suspicions about the source of this report.” As of the publishing of this article the DC remains the only source of the alleged immunity.

With vaccine safety and pressure to force parents to vaccinate in the news, the revelations regarding Dr. Thompson are sure to fuel even more contentious debate.
Failures of Vaccine Court
A recent report by the Associated Press has found that thousands of families with claims with a special vaccine court are left to wait for years, sometimes decades before receiving help. The court is designed to provide compensation for families when vaccines are suspected in causing harm to patients.
The AP examined hundreds of court decisions, performed more than 100 interviews, and studied a database containing more than 14,500 cases. The database was last updated in January 2013 with the government refusing to release any new updates.
The AP investigation found several issues with the court. These include tens of millions of taxpayer dollars that has been paid to private attorneys who often practice “churning”, a practice described as filing a large number of claims regardless of the quality of the claims. In the private court attorneys are paid out whether or not they succeed in convincing the court. That fact has lead to questionable billing practices and an increase in court claims.
The AP report also found that “expert” witnesses for the families and the government often have a lack of credibility or conflicts of interest. The report says that some of the experts are also involved in setting up nonprofits that question vaccine safety. Meanwhile doctors hired by the government to testify in defense of vaccines have ties to the pharmaceutical industry.
Another complaint involving the system is the lack of publicity it receives. The court purposefully spends very little of its budget on promotional campaigns, fearing that admission of harm from vaccines would lead to a decrease in vaccinations. The AP alleges that the court has “a burden of proof more easily met than civil lawsuits.” The report highlights efforts by government doctors to deny 1,600 families more than $1.1 billion in cash from 1998 to 2012.

In the midst of the current Ebola outbreak, the United States is scrambling to find answers. Despite previous advice to fund centers that would monitor and contain possible outbreaks of the virus in other countries, and despite the current need for a vaccine, the U.S. is pouring over $39 million into other programs that appear insignificant in comparison to the Ebola virus.
The Washington Times reported that in 2008, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) suggested that the Obama administration “establish 18 regional disease detection centers around the world to adequately safeguard the U.S. from emerging health threats like Ebola.”
However, in 2014, the CDC has only 10 centers, none of which are in West Africa, the home to the latest outbreak of the Ebola virus.
In a previous memo from the CDC to the Obama transition team, the CDC described a plan that focused on being proactive, and using their disease detection centers to monitor “threats in hotspots overseas,” before they were able to spread to the United States.
“The existing centers have already proven their effectiveness and impact on detecting and responding to outbreaks including avian influenza, aflatoxin poisoning, Rift Valley fever, Ebola and Marburg virus outbreaks,” said the memo.
As previously reported, a recent audit of the United States Department of Homeland Security showed that if a potential pandemic were to occur, the U.S. would be “ill-prepared.” In addition to lacking the supplies needed to combat deadly viruses, such as Ebola, the United States has also not yet developed a vaccine.
The debate over how much money should be devoted to finding a cure for Ebola has ignited controversy among U.S. lawmakers. According to the Washington Times, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has lost $1.2 billion in funding over the last four years. Francis Collins, the Director of NIH, attributes the agency’s lack of vaccine to the budget cuts.
“Frankly, if we had not gone through our 10-year slide in research support, we probably would have had a vaccine in time for this that would’ve gone through clinical trials and would have been ready,” Collins said.
However, the Washington Free Beacon reported that it has “uncovered $39,643,352 worth of NIH studies within the past several years that have gone to questionable research.”
Instead of pouring money into a vaccine for Ebola, in 2014 NIH added an additional $670,567 to a study that seeks to find out why the majority of lesbians are obese, which now has a total price tag of $2,873,440.
The institute also devoted $2,075,611 to a program that promotes community choir for the elderly, and it continues to sponsor a number of studies that test the power of “text message interventions.”
One study, which has received $674,590, involves researchers sending text messages to drunk individuals at bars, in an attempt to get them to stop drinking. Another study involved researchers sending text messages to individuals who are considered obese, and encouraging them to lose weight. It has received $2,707,067 in funding.
The Washington Free Beacon reported that, although Health and Human Services will receive $8.6 million to research and test a possible vaccine for Ebola, they are only receiving “a fraction of NIH funding,” when compared to other programs.
Health officials in Texas are now reporting the patient in Dallas who has contracted the Ebola virus, has been in contact with approximately 100 people.
Erikka Neros, spokeswoman for the Dallas County Health and Human Services Department has said there are between 12 and 18 people who were in direct contact with the patient, while the number of “contact traces” is now 80.
All of those who came into some sort of contact with Thomas Duncan, the Ebola patient in question, are being monitored closely.
Carrie Williams, the Texas Department of State Health Services, said in a statement, according to NPR, “Out of an abundance of caution, we’re starting with this very wide net, including people who have had even brief encounters with the patient or the patient’s home. The number will drop as we focus in on those whose contact may represent a potential risk of infection.”
Initially, the number of those who came in contact with Duncan was closer to 18 people, according to RT.
An early report from the Dallas Morning News said Duncan arrived at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital on Sept. 25. He told health staff at the time he was suffering from fever and stomach aches, and he had recently been to Liberia, one of the Ebola stricken nations in Africa.
CDC guidelines say Duncan should have been placed in isolation and tested for Ebola immediately, but the news of Duncan’s travel did not reach key medical staff at the hospital. As a result, Duncan was given a combination of antibiotics and then sent home, according to FOX News.
The family of Duncan are amongst those being monitored, and Texas health officials have quarantined the family. They are not allowed, under a state “control order,” to leave their home or have any contact with anyone outside of their home for 21 days, and all family members must be available at all times for health tests, according to USA Today.
If any of the family members break this “control order,” they could potentially face criminal charges.
Congressman Bill Posey’s office has confirmed exclusively to Benswann.com that a “very large number” of documents have been turned over by CDC scientist, Dr. William Thompson, who has admitted that the CDC suppressed information about the links between the MMR vaccine and autism in some cases.
According to Congressman Posey’s spokesman, George Cecala, “I can confirm that we have received a very large number of documents and we are going through those documents now. There are a lot of them, so it will take some time.” Cecala could not say exactly how many documents are in possession of the Congressman’s staff though sources tell me that as many as 100,000 documents have been handed over.
As we have reported, a statement released on August 27th by Dr. Thompson in response to media coverage is that he and co-authors from a 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics did in fact omit important information from a study on the link between vaccines and autism. Below is an excerpt from Thompson’s statement.
While Thompson goes on to explain that he believes that vaccines have saved and continue to save lives, he clearly admits that the CDC did in fact intentionally omit data that demonstrated a connection between an increased risk of autism in African American males who were giving the MMR vaccine before 36 months of age.
Thompson goes on to say that his reason for coming forward was because of conversations with Dr. Brian Hooker over the course of 10 months. Those conversations were about whether or not there is a connection between vaccines and neurodevelopmental outcomes including autism spectrum disorders. Thompson clearly states that his hand was forced by Hooker who secretly recorded the conversations.

Sources however tell Benswann.com that thousands of pages of documents are now in possession of the Congressman’s staff and will be reviewed over the next few weeks.
