Reality Check with Ben Swann T-Shirt Design Contest Rules

  1.  To participate, you must email your designs to CONTEST@TRUTHINMEDIA.COM.
  2.  The contest will be conducted March 12th through April 16th, 2018. Deadline for entries is March 30th, 2018. Three winners will be announced on Wednesday, April 17th.
  3.  Qualification for the prizes will be held as follows:
  • Participants must first submit their design by emailing CONTEST@TRUTHINMEDIA.COM.  Up to three designs per participant.
  • The Truth In Media marketing team will pick between 5 and 10 designs as finalists.
  • The Truth in Media team will then start a Facebook thread on April 9th with each finalist’s design attached. The person with the highest total positive reactions (like, heart, wow reactions) on April 16th at noon eastern is the winner. The runner ups will be chosen in the same fashion.

Designs must be inspired by the Reality Check logo and include Dash logo. You may submit up to 3 different designs.  The design will need to be at least 300DPI, and have no metallic, neon, pastel or transparent elements. You can find high resolution images in the links above.

  1.  The winner will receive .5 Dash. The second place winner will receive .3 Dash. The third place winner will receive .2 Dash. The winner will be notified through the email used to submit the design.
  2.  No purchase necessary. One qualifier per household. If you win, your wallet address must be sent to CONTEST@TRUTHINMEDIA.COM by April 30th to receive your prize. Void where prohibited.
  3.  The contest is open to everyone with the exception of employees of Reality Check or Truth in Media. Ties will be broken by the Truth in Media/Reality Check marketing team. Representatives from Truth In Media/Reality Check have final say on the winners.
  4.  All taxes relative to the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.  No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. No cash equivalents.
  5. Contestants understand that the winners will supply png’s, vector and .ai/eps files to CONTEST@TRUTHINMEDIA.COM by April 29th. Truth in Media and Reality Check with Ben Swann Powered by Dash will retain rights to the designs.
  6.  By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither Ben Swann, Truth in Media, Reality Check or Dash, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
  7. Approximate value of the prizes is 1 Dash. Approximate USD value $500.
  8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
